15-Minute HIIT Warm-Up to kick things off with energy
6 Rounds (3 minutes each) – led by 6 different coaches, each bringing their own twist and core value theme
10-Minute Partner Drills & Conditioning to finish strong!
Dress Code: Choose your side—Team Devil or Team Angel—and come ready to bring the fire or the light!
Plus: Get ready for some Fitness Truth or Dare games to add fun and challenge to your workout.
