Kickboxing, Yoga & Kettlebells + Self-Care Saturday at FITT
Start your morning the FITT way—move your body, take care of yourself, and unwind with the FITT Fam!
Begin with a grounding Yoga class at 7:45am, the perfect warm-up for an energizing morning.
Then join our Strength training class with Kettlebells at 9:00am, where you’ll get a full body muscle building workout in 45 minutes.
At 10:15am, we turn up the energy with our signature Kickboxing class, packed with powerful combos, great music, and that amazing FITT Livonia vibe. WEAR YOUR FAVORITE COLOR!!!
After your workout, enjoy Self-Care Time from 11:00am–1:00pm
Cool down, mingle, and treat yourself to wellness experiences that help you recover and recharge.
What to expect:
