FAQ - Thing to learn & know about FITT!
What is Fit Theorem (FITT)?
Fit Theorem (FITT) is a results-driven fitness studio that blends kickboxing, kettlebell, HIIT, and yoga into one powerful experience. Our approach combines science-based training, nutrition, and accountability to help you transform your body and mindset in a supportive, high-energy community. Theorem is a proven theory, so we take the guesswork out of getting GUARANTEED results, and a boost to life quality all around!
Do I need prior experience to join FITT classes?
No experience is needed! Our expert coaches guide you through the fundamentals and ensure you feel confident and comfortable from day one. Every class is designed for all fitness levels. We specialize in being able to modify and meet you where you are at, and take you where you want to be!
What should I wear to my first class?
Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes that allow movement. We recommend moisture-wicking fabric and barefoot on our mat. Hand wraps and gloves are essential—if you don’t have them, we have gloves you can borrow for your first day and help you purchase the perfect pair afterward.
What should I bring to class?
Bring your wraps, gloves, face towel and water bottle! Other than that, we provide everything you need to get your workout in. Arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can show you around and get you set up for success.
Do I need my own gloves and wraps?
Yes, gloves and wraps are required for both safety and hygiene. Don’t worry—if you’re new, we’ll help you get the right gear at the best value and proper fit! We also partner with Hayabusa Combat, which is the premier boxing gloves in the industry, and can offer discounted prices off their gloves (both competitive with their website and Amazon prices) so let us help you find the perfect gear for your personality and your workout.
Are all the classes safe for beginners?
Absolutely. Every class is led by a certified coach who focuses on proper form and technique to prevent injuries. Modifications are provided for all fitness levels, so you can always go at your own pace. Our Element’s classes are the combination of our kickboxing, yoga, HIIT and kettlebell all at once, so we do recommend taking at least one kickboxing class before taking that class to get the most out of the Elements class.
How often should I attend classes for the best results?
For optimal progress, aim for at least 3 classes per week. Consistency is key to seeing measurable results in strength, endurance, and body composition.
Will FITT’s classes help me lose weight and tone up?
Yes! Our workouts are designed to burn calories, build lean muscle, and boost metabolism—while keeping things exciting and motivating. Pair that with our nutrition coaching for even faster results.
Do you ONLY help with weight loss goals?
Not at all! While many members join FIT Theorem to lose weight, our coaching goes far beyond that. We help people build strength, improve endurance, increase mobility, boost confidence, and feel their absolute best—inside and out.
Whether your goal is to:
Build lean muscle
Improve athletic performance
Gain energy and stamina
Reduce stress and improve mental health
Support healthy habits post-injury or post-partum
Or simply create a consistent fitness routine that fits your lifestyle
…our coaches customize your workouts, nutrition, and accountability plan to meet your unique goals. FIT Theorem is about total transformation—not just the scale.
What makes FIT Theorem different from other gyms or cardio kickboxing studios?
Unlike a traditional gym, FITT combines coach-led workouts, nutrition coaching, community and accountability in one proven program. It’s not just cardio—it’s a full-body strength and transformation system with a built-in community to keep you motivated.
What kind of classes do you offer?
We offer a mix of Kickboxing, Kettlebell, HIIT, and Yoga classes. Each one builds strength, burns fat, and improves endurance while keeping workouts fresh and fun.
Can I take classes if I have an injury or limitation?
Always check with your doctor first, but most of the time we can offer safe modifications to keep you moving and progressing without discomfort. Some members find that with modifications, they are able to push on and keep their routine without furthering injury with us.
Do you offer nutrition and meal planning support?
Yes! Our transformation programs include personalized meal plans, macros, and accountability check-ins to help you fuel your goals and feel your best. Our nutrition and meals are based on whole food and healthy balance designed to help you hit your optimal fitness goals.
What results can I expect, and how long will it take?
Many members notice improved energy, strength, and confidence after just a few classes—and measurable physical changes within 3–6 weeks. The more consistent you are with workouts and nutrition, the faster the results.
Do I have to sign a contract, or can I do drop-ins?
We offer flexible options—from drop-in classes and short-term semi private challenge coaching to monthly memberships. We also offer private training and packages. Our team will help you choose the best plan for your goals.
