Jenny - Owner & Head Coach, FITT Livonia
Jenny is the heart, soul, and unstoppable energy behind FITT Livonia. As the studio owner, Jenny brings her passion for motivating, empowering, and problem-solving to every class and every client she meets. Her mission is simple: to help people create stronger, healthier, and happier lives from the inside out.
Whether she’s leading a high-energy kickboxing, kettlebell, or HIIT workout (with dance breaks encouraged , if not required!), Jenny keeps the vibe fun, uplifting, and full of purpose. With years of experience coaching clients through weight loss, mindset shifts, and sustainable habit change, she’s known for her authentic direct approach and dedication to helping others succeed long-term.
Fun Fact: Jenny is also a 3w2 enneagram & has 4 girls, 3 of which she adopted!
Cathy -Mama Bear & Community Queen
Cathy is FITT Livonia’s very own Mama Bear — the heart of our member family and a powerhouse on the mat! With over 1000 classes under her belt, she brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and technical skill to every session.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), Cathy specializes in helping clients navigate fitness through life changes, health conditions, and mobility challenges. Her coaching style blends sweet encouragement with precise technique, empowering members to build confidence and truly appreciate what their bodies can do — no matter where they’re starting from.
Whether she’s guiding you through a round of kickboxing, cheering you on in a kettlebell combo, or dropping a classic throwback playlist, Cathy’s classes are equal parts uplifting, educational, and fun. She embodies everything FITT Livonia stands for, strength, community, and heart.

Coach Kylee – The Powerhouse of Positivity & Balance
Coach Kylee is an absolute powerhouse, known for her unshakable calm, uplifting energy, and genuine care for every person she coaches. Kylee brings a rare balance of warmth, patience, and precision to every class. She has a natural gift for creating a space where everyone feels supported, yet challenged to grow beyond their comfort zone.
With a strong background in Bachelors in Athletic Training and 10 years working experience, she specializes in injury recovery & prevention, Kylee has worked with collegiate athletes, kids, and adults of all fitness levels, helping each person train safely and effectively. Her eye for detail ensures proper form and technique, while her calm confidence makes even the toughest workouts feel approachable.
Kylee thrives on being a source of motivation and steady guidance, helping people rediscover their strength and self-belief. Whether it’s through her expert coaching, positive reinforcement, or infectious smile, every class with her is a blend of encouragement, empowerment, and growth.

Coach Allison – Yoga Master & Mindful Movement Expert
Coach Allison is a true yoga master whose passion for movement, mindfulness, and holistic wellness shines through every class she teaches. With over a decade of teaching experience and more than 15 advanced certifications spanning yoga, breathwork, and wellness disciplines, she brings both wisdom and heart to every student she guides.

Allison’s classes blend strong anatomical knowledge with a nurturing, intuitive approach, helping students find both balance and empowerment. Her calming presence (often joined by one of her beloved Dalmatians), precise instruction, and holistic insight make every session both grounding and transformative.
Each week, you’ll find her guiding Restorative, Yin, and Vinyasa flows, and leading deeply rejuvenating Yoga Nidra sessions on the weekends — inviting students to slow down, reconnect, and find peace through mindful movement.
Fun fact: she makes all natural skin & pet balms, and has 3 Dalmatians, so she is pressured to be Cruella DeVille every year for Halloween! She is an 8w9 Enneagram.
Coach Amanda A. – The Friday Vibe Maker & Empowerment Coach
Coach Amanda has been part of the FITT Livonia family since pre-covid, and with nearly 400 classes under her belt, she knows exactly how to turn every workout into a celebration. She became a coach to make Fridays a party on the mat, bringing the perfect mix of fun, challenge, and empowerment to every session.
Amanda’s classes are known for her signature combos — designed to make you feel like a total badass while melting away stress and building real strength. Her upbeat energy, emotional intelligence, and natural ability to connect make every member feel seen, supported, and unstoppable.
Off the mat, Amanda is a behavioral specialist who works with children, bringing patience, empathy, and motivation into everything she does. She’s also one of the creative forces behind our events, theme nights, and summer camps, keeping our community connected and inspired year-round.
With Amanda leading the charge, every class feels like a party with a purpose — where you can move, release, and leave stronger in every way.

Coach Della – From Stage to Studio, Always Creating Movement
Coach Della Hamby — aka “Damn Della” — brings a rare fusion of performance mastery, resilience, and heart to the FITT fam. Originally from Detroit, Della has danced and choreographed alongside icons like Beyoncé, Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Taylor Swift, and more, with over a decade of experience in world tours, music videos, commercials, and stage productions.
When sudden change shifted her path away from touring, FITT was there for her — and she, in turn, found a new home, purpose, and platform to inspire through movement. As she now navigates a new chapter beyond life on the road, she still weaves creativity, passion, and her performance soul into everything she does throughout the year.
Whether she’s leading a dynamic dance-infused cardio session or collaborating on themed events, Della’s energy reminds us that fitness is art, expression, and healing all at once. She’s not just a coach — she’s proof that reinvention can be bold, beautiful, and grounded in community. You can take her high energy kickboxing and kettlebells throughout the week.
Fun fact: She has two dogs, named Eleven and Twelve!
Coach Stephanie – Dietitian, Transformation Coach & Lifelong Motivator
Coach Stephanie is a true example of lifelong transformation and dedication. At 55 years young and with over 30 years of experience as a licensed dietitian and fitness professional, she brings unmatched wisdom, compassion, and practical expertise to every client she coaches.
Stephanie’s journey is deeply personal — she has lost and maintained over 100 pounds, giving her a unique understanding of what it truly takes to build a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Her coaching approach blends science with heart, guiding others to achieve results that last while learning to love the process along the way.

Stephanie’s coaching philosophy is rooted in empowerment and education — helping members understand why behind their nutrition and movement choices. Her extensive background in both clinical nutrition and personal training allows her to support clients at every stage of their health journey.
Whether she’s breaking down macros, celebrating non-scale victories, or reminding you that it’s never too late to rewrite your story, Coach Stephanie proves that transformation doesn’t have an age limit — it has a mindset.
Fun Fact: She has run over 20 half marathons and multiple marathons!
Coach Amanda R. – The Motivator, Teacher & Dance-Floor Competitor
Coach Amanda brings passion, positivity, and purpose to everything she does—both in the classroom and on the mat. A longtime educator and middle school teacher, she has a natural gift for motivating others, making learning (and fitness) engaging, supportive, and fun.
Her health and fitness journey completely transformed her life. Over nearly three years, she lost 98 pounds—but what she gained in confidence, discipline, and strength has meant even more. Now, she channels that same drive into helping others find empowerment through movement.
Amanda’s classes are full of energy—she’s always ready to dance, compete, and celebrate every victory, big or small. Her upbeat spirit and encouraging coaching style make every workout feel like a team effort. She knows when to push you, when to celebrate you, and when to remind you that you’re stronger than you think.
When she’s not at FITT, you’ll find Amanda teaching math, cheering at her son’s baseball games, or planning the next themed event to keep the FITT family smiling and sweating together. With Coach Amanda, every class is a reminder that fitness can be challenging, meaningful, and—most of all—fun.
Coach Gina – From Zen to Strong: The Yoga Coach Who Kicks Back
Coach Gina’s journey with FITT Livonia is a true story of transformation and full-circle inspiration. She joined us back in 2025 as a member looking to challenge herself, and what started as a love for movement quickly became a lifestyle. After experiencing incredible results—physically, mentally, and emotionally—Gina knew she wanted to help others feel that same empowerment.
Originally trained as a yoga coach, Gina brought her grounding energy and mind-body awareness into every class she took. But it didn’t take long before she fell in love with the power, strength, and community that kickboxing and kettlebells bring. Her evolution from yogi to high-energy coach embodies everything FITT stands for—balance, growth, and stepping boldly outside your comfort zone.
Now, as part of our coaching team, Gina brings the perfect blend of calm and fire to every workout. Her classes flow with focus and intention while still packing the punch that leaves you feeling unstoppable. She’s proof that when you trust the process, amazing things can happen—on the mat, at the bag, and within yourself.
Coach LaNika – The Fire, the Light & the All-Around Vibe
Coach LaNika is pure love, light, and leadership wrapped in one powerhouse of energy. Her classes radiate positivity and strength—she’ll push you to be your best while always reminding you to honor what feels best for your body.
A true jack-of-all-trades, LaNika coaches just about every format at FITT Livonia—from kickboxing and kettlebells to yoga, HIIT, and everything in between. Her fearless, high-energy style comes with an open heart and a deep belief that movement should feel both powerful and joyful.
You can often find her running workshops, teaching across class types, or dancing right beside you when the music hits just right. And when she’s not coaching, she’s creating—sharing her beautiful handmade jewelry in our pro shop, adding even more sparkle to our FITT fam.
