We offer a variety of classes, each tailored to be welcoming to beginners and challenging to our community of returning members.

Kickboxing

We offer three types of kickboxing classes for all levels. Foundations for our beginners or those who want to focus on form, Recomposition for those who want to get the fullest workout, and Performance for our advanced members who want a kick ass workout an fun and challenging combinations.

45 minute classes, 6 rounds of heavy bag work and bodyweight exercises.

HIIT

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, and our HIIT classes are just that! Our shortest classes, clocking in at just 30 minutes for a full body cardio and strength workout. Four rounds of 6 exercises with a different combination every week.

HIIT is an excellent class for everyone, even if you're starting or are experienced!

Kettlebell

Kettlebell is the perfect blend of full body cardio and strength training. You'll see improvements in your overall strength, mobility, balance, and physique! You choose your kettlebell weight, and our group of coaches will walk you through a workout that will leave you feeling strong and empowered!

Each class is 45 minutes, and features 6 rounds of 5 exercises.

Yoga

Fit Theorem Livonia offers a variety of yoga classes with our group of talented coaches to help you own each day! Slow Burn Yoga is our slowest-paced class, focusing on holding poses, gentle stretches, and controlled breathwork. Vinyasa Yoga is our constant flow class, the opposite of Slow Burn! Strength & Flow combines yoga flows with free weights and resistance bands to add an extra challenge to your yoga experience!
