Start your morning the FITT way—move your body, take care of yourself, and refuel with the FITT Fam!
Begin with a grounding Yoga class at 7:45 am, the perfect warm-up for an energizing morning.
Then join our Break It Down Bootcamp at 9:00 am, where you’ll learn all the kickboxing moves step-by-step—great for beginners and a fun refresher for regulars.
At 10:15 am, we turn up the energy with our signature Kickboxing class, packed with powerful combos, great music, and that amazing FITT Livonia vibe.
After your workout, enjoy Self-Care + Pancake Time from 11:00 am–1:00 pm
Cool down, mingle, and treat yourself to wellness experiences that help you recover and recharge.
What to expect:
