From Beginner to Badass: Your First 30 Days at Fit Theorem

Walking into a new fitness studio can feel intimidating — but not here. At Fit Theorem Livonia, every new member starts exactly where they are. Whether you’re a beginner or returning after a break, our mission is to help you feel strong, confident, and supported from day one.
Your first 30 days set the tone for everything that follows — and here’s exactly what you can expect.
Week 1: Getting Started — Foundation & Focus
Your first week is all about setting the stage for success. You’ll complete your InBody Scan and meet with your coach for a goal-setting session before your first class with us. The Inbody Scan tells us what you are made of, muscle, fat, water etc.
We’ll walk you through class basics — how to wrap your hands, proper stance, and safe technique for punches, kicks, and core drills. You’ll leave your first class sweaty, empowered, and surprised at how much fun fitness can be.
Week 2: Building Strength and Confidence
Now that you’ve got your rhythm, week two focuses on consistency. You’ll start to feel your stamina rise and your technique sharpen. Our coaches will help you refine form and encourage you to push through those early mental blocks.
You may even start to notice early results — more energy, better sleep, and clothes fitting better.
Week 3: The Momentum Shift
This is where most members say everything clicks. You start craving that daily movement and noticing how strong you feel. Your body begins to respond faster, and workouts that felt hard now feel powerful.
You’ll likely connect with many other members by now, the community becomes your accountability crew, cheering you on and reminding you why you started.
Week 4: Seeing (and Feeling) Real Results
After four weeks, you’re no longer a beginner — you’re part of the family. You’ll notice stronger punches, more endurance, and genuine excitement walking into class. Your mindset shifts from “I have to work out” to “I get to show up for myself.” We recommend monthly Inbody Scan’s minimum to track your progress. If you are starting off with our 6 Week Total Transformation Challenge, you will be checking in weekly to really learn what changes are happening within your body as you change your mindset and habits!
