J e n n y
Jenny is our OG! Studio owner and coaching extraordinaire, Jenny always keeps her kickboxing, kettlebell, & HIIT workouts high energy, with dance breaks encouraged, if not required! She has experience in coaching people in losing weight, creating better self awareness and healthy habits. She also will be your accountability buddy along the way!
L a N i k a
LaNika is a warm and bright energy full of love and light. She will push you to be your best, and to do what feels best for YOUR body. LaNika coaches a variety of classes at Fitt Livonia - she really is a jack of all trades! You can also check out her handmade jewelry in our proshop! You can find her teaching any type of class we offer, running workshops, and is willing to take that dance break WITH you when you need one!

Cathy is Fitt Livonia's Mama Bear! With almost 1000 classes under her belt, Cathy is an expert when it comes to kickboxing and our member culture. She is sweet and technical, and classes with her always leave you appreciating what your body can do! She also loves to break out a celebration or throwback playlist!
Hiba
After being a member at FITT for over 2 years, Hiba came on board and has grown into a fierce and empowering coach! She can be found leading anything with kickboxing or kettlebell, and knows how to bring a rockin playlist, and smile to deliver her classes! She cares so deeply about each member on the mat, and takes great care to make sure you know your worth and what you're actually capable of!
M e s a
Mesa has been in the fitness industry for the past 6 years. She does it because she wants to help people discover the best version of themselves - even if it’s a version that they didn’t know was possible! Mesa is incredibly talented and looking forward to working with you! She can be found around the weekends leading kickboxing and kettlebell classes!
Morgan
Morgan is a RYT200 trained yogi. She believes we all have the ability to heal ourselves with guidance and support. Leading a yogic lifestyle of commitment, compassion, and intention she carries these values into her classes and offers insight on what it means to practice yoga on & off of the mat. She creates a safe, playful, heart centered space for deeper connection to the mind, body, and spirit through movement & community within her classes that focus around self-love, gratitude, acceptance, connection, and compassion. She teaches Restorative Yoga & Vinyasa and she looks forward to flowing with you.
